We’d only seen walleye on a menu, but that didn’t stop Wagner Falconer Judd from giving us this creative opportunity to raise the profile of the firm’s personal injury practice group among outdoor sportsmen.

Sadly, lots of people get injured in accidents when pursuing their love of fishing, hunting, boating or snow sports. Legal representation for this group is a real need that WFJ wanted to meet.

The campaign puts the focus on enjoying the sports, with danger implied in the background, to lessen the possibility that the firm would be perceived as outdoorsy ambulance chasers. We created the tagline “The Lawyers for Outdoor People” to keep the message upbeat and helpful.
