As fans of true crime shows like American Greed, this creative assignment was right up our dark alley. Wipfli asked us for an ad campaign to persuade law firms to bring in their digital forensics team when fraud is suspected at a client company. Our extensive research into real crimes perpetrated by trusted employees turned up a wealth of fascinating stories for creative inspiration. We created a Wipfli brand look for the campaign by using their corporate colors of black and gold to dramatic effect.

This long-running campaign launched in regional legal publications in 2011. Two years later, Edward Snowden demonstrated the power of an IT expert with access to sensitive information and (at least according to the NSA) a nefarious agenda. Wipfli hired us once again to refresh the campaign with several new ads.
